12/8: Lodurva

The town of Lodurva, 15 kilometers from Jaisalmer, is more than 900 years old, but now it is just a tiny village. It was the capitol for the Bhatti Rajputs before they moved their capitol to Jaisalmer. The remaining Jain temple below was first built in 1152, destroyed and then rebuilt in 1615.
