Expect nothing. Every moment is ripe with possibilities. It is all about perspective. What mindset will you bring to this moment?

Hope and cynicism. Opposite sides of the same coin. My heart and mind are full of both. We search out "facts," but we are the ones doing the searching. It is all about perspective. What mindset will we bring to this moment?
I said goodbye to Gertrud and Regina this morning. Each one of us embodies it all. We each are empowered with choice and vision, and our powerful tools of logic and reason, and our heart with incredible capacities to love and to forgive. It is all about perspective. How will I choose to be in this moment?
A river's current directs my path. And clouds and wind inspire my flight. Dreams and fantasy. Past and future. Vision and blindness. What pulls and pushes me? Who am I? Who will I choose to be?
